We are very pleased with the final presentation of our house.
Koho Paint has done an excellent job to the building, walls and roof.
Our home looks brighter and happier.

At the beginning Ikenouchi san and Inai san took good time to carefully explain the options available to us.
They listened to our vision for the house and performed a thorough examination of the current situation.
They then produced several quotations for us at different price points.
These included translations and explanations in English, which we very much appreciated.

The project took place during the rainy season, so there were some days where no work could take place.
But this was unavoidable.
Koho kept us informed of their plans and when they would be attending which was useful.
During the initial pressure washing, there was unfortunately some damage to the house.
Ikenouchi san quickly came and took pictures and agreed to repair the damage.

Once the painting was finished the roof plaster was replaced and the woodwork was completed.
All of the staff were approachable and friendly.

During the project, Inai san kept us informed of the progress, including presenting the work each day in an easy to follow photo folder.
This was very helpful.

We are pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism that Koho have shown.
We also appreciate their flexibility with our requirements.
We would recommend them to anyone considering a reform on their home.

まず初めに池野内さんと稲井さんが、どんなことができるのか時間をかけて丁寧に説明してくださりました。
私が思い描く家のビジョンに耳を傾けてくれ、現在の状態を徹底的に調査してくれました。
その後、様々な価格や仕様でいくつか見積書を作成してくださりました。
そして、これらには英語の翻訳と説明がついていたので、大変有難かったです。

このプロジェクトは梅雨の時期に行われたため、やむを得ず作業ができない日もありました。
その間コーホーさんは、計画や作業の目処を示してくださったので助かりました。
最初の高圧洗浄中に、残念ながら数か所の破損が生じてしまいました。
池野内さんが飛んで来て写真を撮り、その破損個所の補修を引き受けてくださりました。

塗装が終了したら屋根の漆喰を交換し、木造部分を完成させました。
スタッフの皆さんが親しみやすくフレンドリーでした。
このプロジェクトの間、稲井さんは日々の作業内容や進捗を分かりやすい写真フォルダにして知らせてくださり、とっても助かりました。

コーホーさんのお仕事のクオリティーとプロ意識に私たちは満足しています。
また、こちらの要望に対する柔軟な対応にも感謝しています。
